Artist Residency
Experience Top of the East's Summer Artist Residency featuring Portland mixed-media artist Justine Lasdin. From July through August, explore a curated collection inspired by the natural world while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and panoramic city views. Join us during First Friday Art Walks to meet the artist, discover her creative process, and purchase original works in a unique rooftop gallery setting.

About the Artist: Justine Lasdin's work explores light, movement, and natural forms through expressive line, color, and mixed media. Originally from California and now based in Portland, Maine, her paintings are inspired by the landscapes she encounters and are held in private collections across the United States.
Admission: Guests are invited to browse the collection throughout the residency while enjoying Top of the East's signature cocktails and rooftop atmosphere. Original artwork will be available for purchase.
Paint with Justine Lasdin
Join Justine Lasdin for a complimentary Paint Night at Top of the East from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests are invited to paint alongside the featured artist as she guides the group through creating their own artwork in a relaxed, rooftop setting. No experience is necessary, and all painting materials will be provided.

Join us for a fun rooftop experience in partnership with Adeline Spa. Choose your favorite FarmHouse Fresh tinted lip balm in Blush, Mocha, Fig, or Black Cherry, then personalize it with a selection of stylish charms.
